These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of premium points (the «Points»)

Classick 7.4 is a private online game server (Open Tibia Server) inspired by Tibia 7.4.
Points are not legal tender, an investment instrument, a wager, a bank deposit, or a physical good.
They exist solely to allow users to access in-game content, services, or virtual items in accordance
with the rules published on this site.
2. Acceptance of terms
By registering, logging in, visiting the purchase page (stripe.php), or completing
a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any provision, you must not proceed with the purchase.
3. Purchase requirements
To purchase Points, you must meet the following requirements:

6. Prices, taxes, and currency

The buyer is responsible for any fees, exchange rates, or additional charges applied by their financial institution.
7. Refund and cancellation policy
Because Points are digital goods delivered immediately, no refunds are issued
once Points have been credited to the buyer's account, including in cases such as:
- Buyer's remorse after purchase.
- Non-use or partial use of Points within the game.
- Account sanctions, bans, or restrictions resulting from violation of server rules.
- Loss of access due to forgotten password, voluntary account closure, or inactivity, unless the administration decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

may result in permanent suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining
Points balance, and, where applicable, legal action to recover improperly disputed amounts together with
associated costs.
For disputes relating to payments processed in Mexico, the parties submit to applicable Mexican law on
e-commerce and consumer protection, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights under such legislation.
9. Use of Points and game rules
Points are not transferable outside the Classick 7.4 ecosystem, have no real-world monetary value,
and cannot be exchanged for cash. The administration reserves the right to modify prices, store contents,
bonuses, or game mechanics, provided such changes do not retroactively affect Points already purchased and not yet consumed.
Violation of server rules, including abuse, fraud, use of unauthorized software, or real-money trading of
accounts or items, may result in sanctions without entitlement to a refund.
10. Service availability
Classick 7.4 is an online service subject to maintenance, updates, or temporary interruptions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the game or website, although we strive to restore service
as quickly as possible.
11. Data protection
Personal data required to process a purchase (such as email address and account identifiers) is handled for
the purpose of payment processing and service delivery. Card payments are processed directly through
Stripe; Classick 7.4 does not store full card details.
